Connor Jones

Connor joined our team in 2020 as the Head of Business Development. His primary focus has been our client aquistion strategy, people leadership and identifying areas to diversify growth. Under Connor’s leadership, the business has continued to grow rapidly. He played a pivotal role in expanding our client base from 70 to over 400 with the introduction of dedicated business development and marketing functions.

Passionate about people and sharing our vision with anyone who will listen. Connor is dedicated to sustainable, long term growth and creating opportunities for our people to thrive. A student of servant leadership, these principles serve as the foundation of his approach to his role.

Beyond his Wilby Jones commitments, Connor has a passion for investment, financial and private markets. He is co-founder, investor and Director of IP Moat, a rapidly growing SaaS startup that protects IP online. As a sponsor of Anglia Capital Group, he sits on the pre screening committee for startups looking for Seed funding. A lover of live sport, he is a regular a rugby and cricket fixtures. An avid reader, his favourite titles include ‘How to own the world’ by Andrew Craig and ‘Start with why’ by Simon Sinek’
