Sean Devine

Sean, our Sales Manager, brings a unique blend of experience: 7 years as a Royal Marine followed by 3 successful years in the R&D tax market. During this time, he’s onboarded over 100 clients, including many of the industry leaders from the AJ100.

Beyond client acquisition, Sean has been instrumental in streamlining the team’s processes and performance. He leverages data analysis to guide the team, implement new software for efficiency, and achieve impressive results.

Sean thrives on connecting with new clients, introducing them to R&D benefits, and witnessing the positive impact on their businesses. He takes pride in seeing his team flourish, both professionally and personally.

Outside of work, he prioritises family, his motorbike, and a good whisky (in that order!).
